Policies

We pride ourselves on the accuracy and timeliness of our orders.  Yet, from time to time items are backordered.  In this instance, you will be informed of the backordered product on the invoice included with your shipment.  Although every attempt is made to ensure the accuracy of your order, please be aware that occasional mistakes are unavoidable. Please be sure to verify the contents of your order as soon as you receive it, as opened product packages are NOT returnable, even if the item was sent to you by mistake. If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and did not correct the mistake, we will accept the return, subject to the return policy below. If the mistake was ours, we will issue you a return tag for the incorrect items and ship you the correct merchandise at no charge to you. If the incorrect items are not returned, you will not be credited for them.

Return Policy
Items can only be returned within 30 days of purchase. IPP will only return unopened packages. Open items will not be accepted for return. Items being returned will incur a 15% restocking fee. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before any return is accepted. Items returned without an RMA # will be refused. Shipping is nonrefundable. If a product is found to be defective, the customer should immediately call and obtain an RMA and ship the defective item back to Inkjet Paper Plus. IPP will either 1) ship a replacement when we receive the defective product, or 2) charge the customer for replacement and recredited when defective product is returned.

Returned Checks
IPP will charge $25 for all returned checks.

Privacy
Inkjet Paper Plus will not sell your information to anyone. We do not keep any financial information on our servers and ensure that any info given to IPP stays only with IPP.

Inkjet Paper Plus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
